My journey into the world of balloons began with my son's first birthday. With a determination to create fun and unexpected party decorations, I stumbled upon balloon decor and immediately dove in. As I crafted my very first balloon garland, the sheer joy it brought to everyone confirmed I had stumbled upon something truly magical. This led to the birth of Bleyker Balloons, marking an incredible journey of turning my passion into a profession.

Interested in balloon decor for your event but not quite sure how the process works? No worries! We've got you covered with a simple step-by-step guide to help you understand what to expect:

  1. INQUIRE & CHAT: Start by filling out our Event Inquiry Form, providing us with all the details about your upcoming event. Once we receive your form, we'll reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss your event in more depth and understand your balloon decor needs. If you prefer, we can even schedule a phone call to have a personalized conversation about your event.

  2. PLAN & INVOICE: After we've had a chat and determined your balloon decor requirements, we'll work together to finalize your order and create a tailored plan that aligns with your vision. We'll then send you an invoice via email, outlining the total cost of the decor. To secure your booking, we kindly request a 50% deposit upon receipt of the invoice, which covers the cost of materials. The remaining balance is due on the day of installation. We accept credit card or Venmo payments, ensuring a hassle-free transaction. Once your deposit is received, your event date and time will be reserved in our calendar.

  3. CREATE & INSTALL: Now it's time for us to work our balloon magic! We'll carefully craft and prepare your balloon decor to bring your vision to life. On the day of installation, our skilled team will arrive at the venue at the designated time to set up the decor. We handle everything from installation to ensuring that every detail is perfect. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the stunning transformation of your event space.

  4.  TEARDOWN: We've got your back even after the event is over. If you have rented items or if we have scheduled a balloon teardown, rest assured that we'll take care of everything. Our team will return at the end of your event to retrieve any rented items and handle the cleanup of all the balloon decor. You can simply relax and enjoy the post-event celebrations without any worries. We're here to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish!
